Mallory & Jerice grew up in the same hometown in Kansas City, both went to the same grade school and high school and played for the same soccer team. They never really knew each other till they caught up to each other and crossed paths completely randomly. They met at a restaurant in Portland, USA. They dated long distance, but now everything changes …
When Mallory contacted me, she asked me to help her with locations and ideas to propose in Tuscany. They already had a place to stay but Mallory looked for something truly special for that special day. We did some research and found a perfect proposal spot – circular vineyard in Chianti region, near Siena. That place had unique view onto vineyards and the rolling hills of this breathtaking land. Mallory loved that location so we started to plan the rest of the surprise.
Our next target was to make all natural so Jerice had no clue we chose that location for the proposal. The idea was following: Mallory told Jerice to change the original location in Cortona for one night stay in different part of Tuscany. Jerice agreed. She really thought to experience something new in Tuscany. Mallory booked a lovely suite in Dievole Resort and in the meantime we were also deciding about the wow factor.
Mallory liked the idea of a treasure box so I made it personal and included some photos of the couple in it.
Giving that we were in Tuscany, I created a rustic look.

On the day of the proposal, Mallory and Jerice arrived to Dievole resort, checked-in and got ready for the evening. Mallory told Jerice to get ready for a wine tasting experience. They both reached the reception and were accompanied to the circular vineyard where everything was ready. Upon their arrival, their favorite music started to play and Mallory reached the stairs where the treasure box was waiting to be picked up.
Mallory got down on one knee and popped the question.
Jerice’s happy face says it all! … she said YES!!!

It was my honor to be part of your special day. Congratulations, and I hope every day of your marriage is just as rich in love as the first one.
It didn’t end here. Mallory and Jerice enjoyed the day with aperitif in the middle of vineyard and danced to their favorite songs.
… and after the photo shoot in this peaceful location, the newly-engaged couple had an intimate dinner with a breathtaking view overlooking the Chianti hillsides.
