How many girls dream of Positano proposal? Hundreds, thousands, …. or millions? I don’t know but what I know is that it’s an ideal location for a picture-perfect proposal. There are several options on where to drop down on one knee and pop that big question. Most of the guys decide to propose on the boat. The reason is simple. It’s private and the breathtaking view is guaranteed.
I was contacted by Alain who was planning a proposal trip to Italy, in Positano. His main idea was clear from the very beginning. He wanted to do it on the boat with the view of the beautiful Positano houses. I sent him several options for a romantic proposal but nothing could change his initial idea. The boat proposal was the one for them and so we started the planning.
Once Alain knew the date of their stay in Amalfi Coast, we booked a comfortable and spacious boat, a photographer and engagement dinner to celebrate this special day. Alain was supposed to tell Sandy that he booked the boat tour along the coast. When they arrived at the meeting point, I pretended to be the boat assistant. Sandy had no idea I was there to surprise her with a love box.
When the couple was accommodated on the boat, we started talking generally just to make Sandy feel very comfortable. We joked, we tried to relax and enjoyed the moment.
The skipper was aware of the fact that he had to stop in one spot where we could stay still and where we could capture the perfect backdrop when proposing. I was close to him just to make sure all is as planned. I had my Surprise Love Box ready but hidden in the cabin. I prepared this wooden box filled with sea items, eternal white roses and gold box with a personalized note written by a calligrapher saying: SANDY, Will You Marry Me?
When we all were ready, I told the couple to reach the front of the boat so we could take some nice pictures. While they were moving to that spot, I grabbed the box from the cabin and brought it close to them. I told Sandy to open it so she could see the surprise we prepared for her. When she read the note, she couldn’t believe her eyes.
Look what was Sandy’s reaction! Absolutely speechless …
Alain asked and Sandy said Yesssss! Congratulations to this cute couple!
Alain and Sandy called the family to share the joy! It’s a perfect way to show your family or friends the happiness of that moment.

And wait wait wait! This wasn’t everything. There was still more fun to come. Sandy and Alain had their swimming costumes on board so they decided to jump into water and refresh. How cool is this couple??? Would you do the same?
