Coen & Amanda – Romantic boat proposal in Portofino

Portofino is one of the most intimate and exclusive places in Italy offering a perfect backdrop for a romantic proposal. When Coen contacted me, he told me that he booked a trip to Italy and wanted to propose during this holiday. Coen and his sweet girlfriend Amanda always looked for some nice places away from the tourists and so when we planned the proposal in Portofino we decided to surprise Amanda on the boat.

To make this day special and more importantly surprising, Coen told Amanda that he booked a boat tour from Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino. On the big day, they both reached the port where they met the skipper who already had a fresh bottle of prosecco and a flower bouquet hidden on his boat. They left Santa Margherita Ligure and reached Portofino in about 40 minutes where the photographer hopped on the boat. Coen told Amanda that the photographer was included in the boat tour and he was supposed to take a few pictures of this boat experience. Amanda had no clue what was about to happen.

As soon as they left the port in Portofino, Simone, the photographer took the first pictures of the couple. Amanda still had no clue what we planned for her.
