Do you know what women expect on their proposals? Apart of the beautiful engagement ring, they definitely want romance, originality and a knee drop. When Juan contacted me, I found out that they both love everything about health & wellness industry, traveling and adventure. Juan wanted his proposal to be the most romantic thing ever and completely breathtaking. Knowing that they would be staying in Florence, we focused on that area. I’ve suggested different proposal ideas and locations. Juan was totally in with the idea of proposing in the cute private fortress overlooking the nature.
Our plan was to surprise Andrea without any suspicion so Juan told her that he booked a walking tour of Florence but before he would like to invite her for lunch out of Florence. She did believe him! When they arrived at the Villa Le Fontanelle, I welcomed them and pretended to work in the Villa.
Before their arrival, I decorated the Fortress to make the proposal romantic and magical. Juan told me what colors Andrea preferred in order to personalize the decoration. I used a combination of purple pink and light blue – pastel style. I added some more candles and lights to make it shiny and we also had a personalized Andrea, Will You Marry Me? phrase attached on the mirror.

Once I was with the couple, I showed them around and slowly walked towards the Fortress. Little did Andrea know that she would soon find that big surprise.
They both entered the Fortress. Andrea was pleasantly surprised.
Juan got down on one knee and proposed.
Of course, Andrea said YES!

… and being in Italy, they couldn’t miss the celebration with two glasses of fresh prosecco.
