Who wouldn’t like to plan an unforgettable proposal to a girlfriend creating a perfect setting for such a special occasion? And what if you plan a destination proposal to your beloved one in romantic Italy? Well, if you need someone who could help you find a perfect location and create a wow factor, you don’t have to search any more. I’m here for you!
When Vignesh found me on internet, he didn’t hesitate to contact me and ask for help to plan the best day of his and Kavya’s lives. He has never been to Italy before so he was open to my suggestions and ideas. I sent him some suggestions and after a few days we concentrated only on the idea of proposing on a private rooftop in Rome.
Next step was to find an original way to surprise Kavya. Creating wow factor is fundamental when planning the proposal. Vignesh chose the flash cards while the violinist played their favorite songs. I told him to send me a minimum of 20 phrases (phrases that would create a kind of story) keeping it emotional (at the beginning), funny (in the middle) and romantic (at the end). Furthermore, I decorated the ambience in order to make the atmosphere more magical.

On the day of the proposal, Vignesh invited Kavya for aperitif on a rooftop. She did believe in it. When I met the couple at the location, Vignesh asked me for a wash room (it was our strategic excuse to reach the proposal spot) and I stayed with Kavya. He reached the terrace and got ready for Kavya’s arrival.
After a couple of minutes, I told Kavya to follow me. She climbed the stars up and found Vignesh waiting for her holding the first card saying: Hi! Kavya was totally surprised!
While the violinist was playing their favorite songs, Kavya started to read the 30 phrases.
… and then the big moment arrived! Vignesh got the engagement box from his pocket and popped the question.
Yeah, she said YES!!!
Then the newly-engaged couple celebrated with a fresh bottle of sparkling wine enjoying the view.
Congratulations Vignesh & Kavya! It was such a pleasure meeting you.
After the proposal we kept taking photos. Look what beautiful pictures we captured by sunset.
… and a romantic candlelight dinner at Mirabelle was a must to end this special day.
